
I ********************** I'm contacting the BBB to file a complaint against Gerber Life insurance company for allowing policy to lapse as a result of non-communication that have been in effect since **** policy number ******** in the name of my daughter ******************************* the policy was a $10,000 whole life insurance policy in 2018 there was a complaint file for the exact same scenario word for word action for action complaint number ******** in this case just like before I contacted Gerber on spoke with a representative I was told that corresponding mail was always in my daughter's name and that they would have to investigate the file and return my call which I did receive a return call was at work they left a voice message I tried to contact on numerous occasion but due to the time restraint and their operational hours wait time was mostly ***************************************************************** any other form of communication to notify of upcoming bill ,past due notice.
