The easiest way to handle an order change will be to cancel the current order and have you reorder the correct items. We responded with the following message Unfortunately, we cannot make adjustments to an order one the order is placed and payment is made. We received an email on October 22nd asking to add an additional item to the order. You’d think someone who worked so hard to get a product out would want to prevent it from failing. I cancelled the order but they sent it anyway and said they didn’t get the cancellation email.

We couldn’t wait that long with our windows wide open. I thought they’d still try to get it to me as quickly as they could, especially being a small company. That person DID reply and said they had 3-5 days to get it out to me. I asked if they could please expedite the order because I was in a new home without any window coverings and I saw a review (on their site of course) before ordering that said the person got their items really quick. I placed a large order, tried multiple times to ask questions about the order and WHEN they replied they were terribly rude.

Since appearing on Shark Tank, Kwik-Hang has been featured on The Today Show and product lines have expanded. Derrek no longer has to work as a police officer now that he has a profitable business. They have made over $8 million in the few short years since the show. He thought it was just too small of a business for him to invest in, leaving Derrek with no offers.Įven though Kwik-Hang did not receive any offers, the business has grown and is thriving at the time of our Kwik-Hang update.
